Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Support Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization of SAP SuccessFactors. Based in Toronto, this three-month contract role will work closely with HR, IT, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation and transition into ongoing operations.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, strong project delivery skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues and work effectively across HR and technical teams. The contract may be extended based on project requirements and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionality.
• Work with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support configuration, testing, data validation, and system integration activities.
• Assist with data migration, data cleansing, and validation of employee and organizational data.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with SAP, implementation partners, and internal IT teams as required.
• Support integration between SuccessFactors and other HR, payroll, finance, and enterprise systems.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, process documentation, test scripts, and configuration records.
• Provide support during go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
• Assist with user training, communications, and change management activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and maximize the effectiveness of SuccessFactors.
• Monitor outstanding implementation issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to internal HRIS and HR teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably in an implementation or transformation environment.
• Experience supporting one or more SuccessFactors modules, such as:
• Employee Central
• Recruiting
• Onboarding
• Performance & Goals
• Compensation
• Learning
• Experience with HRIS implementations, system testing, data migration, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience working with implementation partners and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and HR integrations.
• Experience with Canadian HR/payroll environments.
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a multi-country or multi-entity organization.
• Familiarity with SAP Integration Center, APIs, and related integration technologies.
• Experience with change management and end-user training.

Contract Details

This is a three-month contract position based in Toronto, Ontario, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements. The role may involve a combination of onsite and remote work, subject to project needs.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the organization through the implementation and stabilization of SAP SuccessFactors and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing HRIS operations.

The consultant must be legally eligible to work in Canada without the requirement for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
