As a SAP - RAR- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through specialized consulting services within our Technology Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, implement SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of these applications. This role is crucial in enabling clients to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize customer relationship management processes and enhance satisfaction
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client connections to anticipate and address their needs
- Applying business process consulting skills to improve operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Managing deployment and design implementation of CRM software solutions
- Leveraging business technology and system interoperability to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
- Upholding professional and technical standards while navigating complex situations
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and development within the team

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business process improvement
- Excelling in customer relationship management and customer engagement
- Applying business process consulting skills to drive customer transformation
- Leveraging technology implementation experience to optimize system interoperability
