As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to address their complex business challenges, leveraging your skills in SAP technology within our Digital Core Modernisation network. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with a team of problem solvers, contributing to the development of your own and your team’s technical acumen. You will be involved in business development activities, helping to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients. This position offers the chance to establish effective working relationships directly with clients, while also continuing to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in the management of multiple client engagements, collaborating closely with Managers and senior team members
- Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance their technical skills and consulting capabilities
- Establishing and nurturing effective working relationships with clients to address their business challenges
- Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team, focusing on SAP technologies
- Staying informed about local and national business and economic trends to provide relevant insights
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and explore opportunities with new and existing clients
- Developing and maintaining internal relationships to strengthen your personal brand within the firm
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to support business transformation initiatives
- Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori solutions to optimize client processes
- Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to drive process improvement and optimization efforts

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven insights
- Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experiences
- Leveraging SAP HANA for optimized database management
- Engaging in strategic technology planning for business transformation
- Excelling in analytical thinking and process optimization
