As a Salesforce Developer Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the optimization of their business applications, focusing on Salesforce solutions. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your skills and experience to deliver impactful results, helping clients achieve their strategic objectives through seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support to enhance operational efficiency.

As a Senior Manager, you will grow as a strategic advisor, utilizing your influence and professional network to deliver quality outcomes. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to navigate challenges and make informed decisions. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams will contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of Salesforce applications to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing comprehensive training and support to clients for effective utilization of Salesforce applications
- Managing project architecture and budgeting to align with client goals and timelines
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance client business processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovative design and technology integration
- Applying systems thinking to identify and address underlying business challenges and opportunities
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine solutions
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations with composure and strategic questioning
- Developing training materials and coaching teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process modeling and innovation
- Leading enterprise integration projects with a focus on emerging technologies
- Developing and implementing strategic questioning techniques to enhance client interactions
- Excelling in systems project management and technology integration for client support
