About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Service Representative to support inbound sales inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to individuals exploring debt settlement and debt consolidation solutions.
This is a customer-focused, consultative sales role where you’ll primarily engage with prospective clients who have already expressed interest in the company’s services. You’ll listen to their needs, understand their financial situation, explain available options, and guide them through the next steps with professionalism and empathy.
You’ll also manage ongoing lead follow-up and conduct outbound outreach when needed to ensure prospective clients receive timely support throughout the sales process.

What You’ll Own
Inbound Sales & Customer Support
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and debt consolidation services
- Understand each prospective client’s financial situation and needs
- Provide accurate information about available programs and financial solutions
- Guide prospective clients through appropriate options
- Answer questions clearly and professionally
- Deliver an empathetic, consultative, and customer-focused experience
- Build trust while handling sensitive financial conversations
Lead Follow-Up & Outreach
- Follow up promptly with leads generated through various marketing channels
- Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients throughout the sales process
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls when required
- Make cold calls when needed
- Re-engage prospects who have not yet moved forward
- Build strong relationships with potential clients
- Maintain consistent follow-through across the sales pipeline
CRM & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
- Update CRM systems with detailed notes and communication history
- Track lead progress through the sales process
- Ensure follow-ups are completed on time
- Maintain organized and accurate client information
- Handle sensitive customer information professionally and confidentially
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to achieve company goals
- Share customer feedback and insights that may improve the sales process
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and sales effectiveness

- Maintain awareness of relevant industry trends and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or another client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Professional phone presence and active listening skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable handling sensitive financial conversations professionally and confidentially
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Experience using CRM systems or customer management software
- Comfortable learning new technologies and communication platforms
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours

Your day may begin by reviewing new inbound leads and outstanding follow-ups before taking calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement or debt consolidation services.
Throughout the day, you’ll speak with prospects in English and Korean, understand their needs, explain available programs, answer questions, and guide qualified individuals through the next steps.
You’ll also conduct follow-up outreach, update CRM records, track lead progress, and collaborate with sales and customer service team members.
