Job Description

【職務概要】
関東エリアにおけるMDS/VAM製品群の売上目標達成と顧客満足度向上に貢献する。

担当施設との強固な関係を構築し、製品知識、臨床知識、ビジネス戦略を駆使して、ソリューション提案を行う。

【主な職務内容】
・担当エリア（関東）の医療機関におけるMDS/VAM製品群の販売・マーケティング活動
・担当施設との信頼関係構築と維持、キーパーソンとの良好なコミュニケーション
・製品デモンストレーション、プレゼンテーション、ハンズ・オントレーニングの実施
・顧客ニーズの把握と、ニーズに合わせたソリューション提案
・競合他社製品情報の収集と分析
・社内関連部署（マーケティング、カスタマーサービス等）との連携
・売上目標達成に向けた活動計画の策定と実行
・市場動向、競合情報、顧客ニーズ等の情報収集と分析
・顧客への技術的なサポートとトレーニング
・営業報告書の作成と提出
・各種イベント、学会への参加

【応募資格】

・大卒以上

・医療機器業界における営業経験３年以上 の方

・普通自動車運転免許
・全国転勤可能な方

【望ましいスキル・経験】
・PCスキル（Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint）
・自発的に行動し、チームワークを重視できる方
・変化に柔軟に対応できる方
・高い倫理観を持ち、誠実な対応ができる方
