Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing, nurturing, and converting prospective clients across both inbound and outbound sales channels. The role will focus heavily on converting warm inbound opportunities generated through webinars, Instagram, and other marketing activities, while also proactively following up with existing, dormant, and cold leads.
The successful candidate will be confident conducting discovery and sales calls, following structured sales processes, handling objections effectively, and building genuine rapport with prospective clients. They will be highly organised, comfortable working within a CRM, and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound leads generated through webinars, Instagram, and other marketing channels.
- Conduct discovery and sales calls using established sales scripts, frameworks, and processes.
- Identify prospective clients' needs, challenges, motivations, and objectives during sales conversations.
- Handle objections confidently and guide prospects towards an appropriate purchasing decision.
- Proactively follow up with warm and cold leads throughout the CRM pipeline.
- Re-engage dormant leads and identify opportunities to restart conversations with previous prospects.
- Generate additional sales opportunities through proactive outbound outreach.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients.
- Build strong rapport with prospects through empathy, professionalism, active listening, and effective questioning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including notes, follow-up activities, lead stages, and pipeline status.
- Ensure all prospects receive consistent and timely follow-up.
- Manage personal sales activity and pipeline effectively to maintain a healthy flow of opportunities.
- Meet and exceed agreed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Track individual sales performance, including activity levels, conversions, appointments, and closed business.
- Participate in regular sales coaching sessions, role plays, call reviews, and ongoing training.
- Review call recordings and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement coaching feedback and continuously refine sales conversations and techniques.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve sales scripts, objection-handling approaches, follow-up processes, and overall conversion rates.
- Provide feedback on common prospect objections, customer concerns, and opportunities to improve the sales process.
