Four Seasons UK Collection
Four Seasons UK Collection is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to join our dedicated and service-minded team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced reservations professional to take the next step in their career while representing one of the most iconic luxury hotel groups in the UK.
The role
As Reservations Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day operation of the Reservations department, ensuring every guest interaction is handled with accuracy, warmth, and professionalism.
You will support the Reservations Manager in guiding and developing the team, overseeing booking activity across the UK Collection, and ensuring a seamless guest journey from the first point of contact through to arrival.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong organisational skills with a genuine passion for service and guest experience.
What you will do:
Assist with managing room inventory and ensuring availability is maintained accurately across all properties
Maintain close communication with operational departments to support a seamless guest journey
Handle reservations, amendments, and special requests with accuracy and attention to detail
Support the Reservations Manager with coaching, developing, and motivating team members
Manage VIP bookings, guest enquiries, and complex reservation requests
Monitor reservation standards and ensure consistent delivery of Four Seasons service expectations
Support departmental reporting and performance tracking
Contribute to revenue optimisation through effective inventory management and guest engagement
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a luxury hotel reservations environment
Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for supporting and developing others
A natural ability to build thoughtful guest relationships
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
Strong systems knowledge and experience with Opera
Right to Work in the UK
