• 東京の薬事（Regulatory Affairs）チームのリードおよびマネジメント

• 薬事申請およびコンプライアンス関連業務の調整

• 顧客および規制当局に対する薬事窓口としての対応

• 日本における薬事インテリジェンスの提供

• 薬事面での影響について社内ビジネスチームとの連携

• チームのパフォーマンス向上および継続的改善の支援

• 拠点横断的な薬事プロジェクトへの参画

応募要件：

• 薬事（Regulatory Affairs）における豊富な実務経験（CDMOでの薬事経験があれば尚可）

• 日本の規制要件に関する知識

• 変化の激しい環境に適応し、組織全体で主体的に変革を推進できる能力

• 戦略的かつ実務にも携われるマインドセット

• 高いコミュニケーション能力

• ライフサイエンス分野の学位、または同等の資格

• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル

Supervisor, Regulatory Affairs (RA)
Location: Tokyo, Japan

Join Lonza Japan’s Regulatory Affairs team and play a key role in leading regulatory activities and regulatory intelligence for Japan. In this role, you will guide a high-performing team, partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, and help bring innovative life science solutions to market in compliance with Japanese regulations.

What you will do:

• Lead and supervise the Tokyo Regulatory Affairs team

• Coordinate regulatory submissions and compliance activities

• Act as a regulatory contact point for customers and authorities

• Provide regulatory intelligence for Japan

• Partner with internal business teams on regulatory impact

• Support team performance and continuous improvement

• Contribute to cross-site regulatory projects

What we are looking for:

• Advanced experience in Regulatory Affairs (Prefers CDMO regulatory experience)

• Knowledge of Japanese regulatory requirements

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment and proactively drive change across the organization

• Strategic and hands-on mindset

• Strong communication skills

• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent

• Native Japanese and business-level English
