We seek an ambitious and passionate Quality Systems Specialist to join our team and take an active role in the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Company’s Management System, ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable certification standards and quality requirements.
The position is full-time and forms part of the Quality Assurance Department, reporting directly to the Chief of Quality & Compliance. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Create and update Management System documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions and related records.
- Implement and monitor the Company’s Management System in accordance with applicable certification standards.
- Prepare for certification audits and represent the Company during external audits.
- Plan and perform internal audits, identify non-conformities and areas for improvement, and coordinate CAPAs through to closure.
- Coordinate and manage sustainability, ESG and third-party assessment questionnaires and platforms.
- Manage customer complaints end-to-end, including recording, coordination, follow-up of corrective actions and verification of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and manage customer and employee satisfaction surveys and related follow-up actions.
- Prepare quality reports and present key findings, trends and results.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital quality records.
- Provide operational support to the Chief of Quality & Compliance and the Legal Compliance function on quality and compliance-related matters, ensuring effective coordination, timely follow-up and confidentiality.
Requirements
- University Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Economics or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Management, Management Systems or a similar role.
- Very good command of both written and spoken Greek and English.
- Strong digital skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with business and quality management platforms.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with different departments and stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics and confidentiality, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A postgraduate degree and/or professional certifications related to Management Systems, auditing or relevant ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 50001:2018) will be considered a strong asset.
