As a Physical Therapist, you’ll help residents regain strength, mobility, balance, and independence while providing high-quality, individualized care. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide skilled, evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, functional mobility training, and manual therapy

• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy professionals, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, safety, and discharge recommendations

• Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Current and active California Physical Therapist (PT) license

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
