Prudential (UK) in partnership with the HCL group plans to set-up a standalone Indian health insurance company to address the growing healthcare needs of the Indian consumer.

Prudential Health India is a Zero to One team undertaking a no-legacy, greenfield health insurance deployment in India, building journeys that truly empathize with the customer and offer a differentiated experience.

To partner with us in this mission, we are looking for a talented Senior Nutritionist to join our team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts body composition analysis and create a holistic nutrition & fitness plan.

• Develops nutrition programs for customers and makes recommendations for lifestyle improvement/maintenance as required; documents assessment and nutrition plans.

• Monitors implementation of nutrition plans and follows up in order to assess customer progress and adjust plans as necessary.

• Participates in overall dietary process and evaluate partner intervention

• Educates and counsels patients and families on nutrition issues, either individually or in groups; may develop and conduct outreach programs.

• Lead in development and preparation of new age tech enabled personalized diet chart generation

• Work closely with care manager to certify patients for specific program benefits as required.

• Lead, guide, and train junior nutritionist performing related work.

• Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations.

• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Experience, Behaviors and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or an equivalent field certification

• At least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Knowledge of theory and practice of nutrition and dietetics.

• Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.

• Ability to observe, assess, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress.

• Ability to analyze and assess patient nutrition deficiencies and requirements.

• Ability to plan and coordinate nutrition programs for customers.

• Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.

• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
