We are looking for an experienced Senior Technology Professional to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable technology solutions for a rapidly growing digital organisation. The role will involve working across enterprise technology, digital platforms, integrations, data, and business systems to support innovation, operational efficiency, and business growth.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, sound problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively with engineering, product, business, and leadership stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and implement scalable technology solutions aligned with business and product requirements.
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of digital platforms, enterprise applications, integrations, and technology systems.
• Work closely with engineering, product, business, data, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain reliable integrations between internal platforms, external systems, and third-party services.
• Analyse complex technical challenges and identify practical, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to system performance, reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution planning.
• Support the development and implementation of technology improvements across enterprise and digital platforms.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve system efficiency, and enhance technology capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Contribute to technical documentation, development standards, engineering practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Participate in testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of technology solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, digital platforms, engineering practices, and industry trends.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, technology consulting, solution development, platform engineering, or a related technology role.
• Strong understanding of modern technology architectures, digital platforms, enterprise systems, and software development practices.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex technical challenges.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, databases, cloud technologies, or enterprise applications will be valuable.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Good knowledge of system scalability, performance, reliability, security, and integration principles.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and business impact.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
