Front End Engineering
Back End Engineering
Golang development experience in production environments
Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
Understanding of authentication and authorisation patterns
Experience integrating with third-party services and APIs
Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals
Experience developing and operating backend services at scale
Engineering Practices
Test automation (unit, integration and end-to-end testing)
Git and modern source control workflows
CI/CD pipeline experience, including GitHub Actions
Code review participation and feedback
Debugging and production issue investigation
Agile delivery experience
Cloud & Operations
Experience deploying and operating cloud-hosted applications (AWS preferred)
Application monitoring and observability
Logging, alerting and operational support
Infrastructure and environment management fundamentals
Professional Skills
Ability to break down requirements into deliverable work
Effective collaboration with Product, Design and Engineering peers
Clear written and verbal communication
