As a Maximo Developer - Senior Associate, you will engage in the dynamic world of Business Application Consulting, focusing on Maximo Consulting to deliver impactful solutions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be at the forefront of Field Service & Operations Modernization, leveraging your skills to enhance client operations. This role involves working directly with clients, providing tailored solutions that address their unique needs and challenges.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex scenarios and build meaningful client relationships. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development. Your role will involve analyzing complex problems, maintaining professional standards, and using your skills to deliver quality work. You will also develop a deeper understanding of the business context, anticipating client needs and adapting to changing environments.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing Maximo solutions to enhance asset management capabilities
- Integrating Maximo with other enterprise systems to streamline operations and data flow
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and tailor Maximo functionalities accordingly
- Utilizing analytical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve Maximo-related issues efficiently
- Leading the design and architecture of Maximo applications to support field service and operations modernization
- Applying knowledge of middleware architecture to facilitate seamless application integrations
- Supporting the deployment of emerging technologies within Maximo environments to drive innovation
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and industry standards
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members in Maximo development and integration
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve Maximo solutions

What You Must Have

- App Designer and DB Config: design and implement UI changes, custom Maximo applications, and schema extensions including custom objects and relationships
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

Strong hands-on expertise in IBM Maximo 7.6.x and IBM MAS Manage (8.x / 9.x) across multiple functional modules

– Advanced Automation Script development: complex multi-object scripts, launch-in-context extensions, custom MBO validation, integration event framework, and field-level scripting in JavaScript (Rhino) and Jython

– Deep Integration Framework expertise: design of object structures, bidirectional ERP/GIS/SCADA integration, error handling, JMS queue management, and enterprise messaging patterns
