Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an organized and proactive Facility & Transport Executive to join our Facilities and Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day facility operations, overseeing employee transportation logistics, ensuring workplace safety compliance, and coordinating vendor relationships. You will work alongside site leadership, premises security, and external partners to maintain an efficient, safe, and welcoming workplace environment.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Manage Facility Operations & Procurement: Oversee daily site operations—including housekeeping, security, utility maintenance (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), space allocation, and vendor empanelment—while executing purchase orders and managing site budgets to drive cost efficiency.
Coordinate Logistics & Travel Services: Direct employee transportation logistics by optimizing routes, tracking vehicle safety via Global Positioning System technology, and managing end-to-end travel bookings, venue arrangements, and expense reconciliations.
Ensure Compliance & Operational Support: Ensure strict adherence to statutory health and safety regulations—including fire safety drills and building audits—while delivering seamless administrative support for employee onboarding, supplies, and meeting space utilization.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management, administration, or logistics.
Strong knowledge of facility systems (such as Building Management Systems and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), transport scheduling, and vendor management.
Proven ability in problem-solving, multitasking, cross-functional communication, and handling end-to-end administrative logistics.
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
