1.0 工作職責：
資安事件監控分析及通報。
協助進行資安事件監控與基本分析。
資安案件追蹤、客戶問題反應處理及資安事件誤判調整。
監控中心日常維運事務，如報表整理。
資安案件追蹤、客戶問題反應處理，在事件調查期間負責緊急通報窗口，在第一回應時間SLA內回應客戶，並接聽客戶的電話。
需願意學習，認真負責，主動積極。
無經驗者亦可，本公司提供在職訓練，並能從工作中獲得許多資安的技能與知識，歡迎對資安學習有熱忱的朋友加入。
2.0 所需資格：
必需具備基礎網路知識(TCP/IP)。
具備Linux系統基礎操作。
本科系畢業無相關經驗可，提供教育訓練。
適合初階對資安領域有興趣者。
具有雲端技術(如Azure)的知識尤佳。
具有相關Linux shell和 Windows命令行中工作的經驗尤佳。
瞭解服務管理流程和程式，有挑戰精神且具有強烈的服務意識。
