As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly organized and analytical Junior Event Producer who will support our Executive Producer and Project Manager in all aspects of production ensuring that high-quality experiences are delivered across the region.

Unlike traditional event production roles, this position is not only focused on executing events directly, but also overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Candlelight concerts across multiple markets, ensuring consistent execution, operational excellence, cost efficiency, and alignment with Candlelight’s global standards.

This role combines production knowledge with strong operational, financial, and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement across production operations, optimize costs, implement best practices, and support the rollout of proven production standards and initiatives across multiple countries and markets.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in live event production, vendor management, and operational execution, and is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You will:

  • Manage relationships with production agencies across multiple markets, acting as the primary point of contact for all production-related matters.
  • Review, negotiate, and approve production budgets, contracts, and operational proposals.
  • Monitor event performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Implement and enforce Candlelight's global production standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Coordinate production-related purchases, operational upgrades, and implementation projects through external production partners.
  • Manage onsite ancillary revenue initiatives, including merchandise and photo sales programs, through production partners.
  • Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for optimization and increased operational efficiency.
  • Track and manage quotes, invoices, budget updates, P&L reporting, and monthly financial closures.
  • Ensure that production agencies comply with operational, technical, legal, and safety requirements.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to align priorities and execution plans.
  • Identify risks proactively and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.
  • Travel occasionally to key markets for venue assessments, production audits, and strategic projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a successful track record of production management of live events with strong oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset. You have operational experience, but also an ability to think strategically from a business perspective.

Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling experience.

  • 1+ years of experience in the live event production industry
  • Experience managing external vendors, suppliers, agencies, or production partners, including negotiating budgets, contracts, and commercial terms.
  • Experience managing budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and operational reporting.
  • Experience working with operational processes, standardization, scalability initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Understanding of live event production and technical requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of building positive working relationships across teams and external partners.
  • Strategic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify operational efficiencies, solve problems proactively, and balance day-to-day needs with long-term objectives.
  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable delivering results in ambiguous environments, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Passionate about the entertainment and live events industry.

You can expect to join a group of diverse, hardworking team players, where a cultural fit is someone willing to stay humble and learn and can work nimbly. We welcome applications with unusual backgrounds with the expectation that the applicant will have acquired hard or soft skills and maturity throughout their experiences.

This role is located in London.
