Job description

The Role

• Support the following activities for Latam Countries such as Mexico, Colombia and Chile:

  • Accounts Payable activities, including vendor reconciliations, payment approvals, bank reconciliations, and recording payments in banking platforms.

  • Accounts Receivable activities, including customer account reconciliations and invoice processing.

  • Monthly accounting closing for local and consolidated levels;

  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation.

• Support finance transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation solutions, and process improvements within the Finance organization.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting in Public Accounting.

• Minimum 4 years experience in multinational companies in accounting and controllership activities

• English knowledge, Intermediate level is a plus.

• MS Office skills, especially Excel.

• Knowledge of ERP systems. Oracle is a plus

• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

• Sense of urgency and proactive attitude.

• Self-starter with willingness to learn and develop in an international environment.

• Ability to effectively interact with different internal and external stakeholders.

• Interest in leveraging AI, automation, and digital tools to improve finance and accounting processes.
