Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Java technology professional with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development. The role will lead cross-functional technology teams, provide technical guidance, drive technology initiatives, and translate business requirements into effective Java-based technology solutions.The position will contribute to business objectives by supporting successful project delivery, improving technology processes, evaluating new technologies, maintaining technology roadmaps, and aligning technology capabilities with overall business strategy.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development, including relevant Java experience.
Certifications in cloud computing, Agile, Scrum, project management, software architecture, or Java-related technologies are preferred but are not mandatory unless required for a project.
Complete Synechron-required training related to information security, data protection, risk management, workplace conduct, and responsible technology use.
