Key Responsibilities

• Support the Finance team with daily operational and administrative activities.
• Assist in processing and reviewing financial documents, including invoices, payment requests, claims, and supporting records.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing of documentation.
• Assist with account reconciliations, data entry, and preparation of basic financial reports.
• Support monitoring and follow-up of payment- and billing-related matters with internal stakeholders and external parties, where required.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and preparation of supporting schedules.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Ensure finance documentation is maintained in accordance with internal procedures and compliance requirements.
• Participate in process-improvement initiatives and other ad hoc projects assigned by the Finance team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
