As a Hardware Engineer, you'll be focused on the hardware design of the Servo Drives division, potentially collaborating in any of the R&A products design. The position requires good hardware skills but also a deep understanding of design for manufacturing and reliability.
Primary Responsabilities
- Develop and maintain the hardware running the R&A products, with special focus on Servo Drives
- Design new and redesign existing electronic circuits, including schematic and layout.
- Conduct detailed circuit analysis and optimize designs through effective component selection and performance evaluation, including circuit simulation.
- Hands-on new hardware board bring-up, system debugging, and optimization.
- Review and improve external documentation (Product manuals, Datasheets, etc.).
- Improve internal documentation (Architecture, Detailed Design, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders to align technical requirements and solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to support product development and integration.
Required Experiencie, Education and Competencies
- Experience with Electronic circuit technology design and assembly processes
- Background in electrical power applications
- Experience with PCB / PCA manufacturing processes
- Experience in electronics verificaton and validation
- Ability to write technical documents such as assembly instructions, test procedures, and test and analysis reports
- Altium Designer proven experience
- Ms o PhD in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or technical related discipline
- Minimum working experience 2 years
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
