Position Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for translating strategy into execution by managing specific logistics product capabilities and their deployment across Transcend programs. This role owns backlog prioritization, requirements, process design, testing readiness, and rollout coordination.
The Product Manager ensures solutions deliver measurable business value while remaining aligned to the global template.

Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership
Own one or more logistics domains:
Inbound
Warehouse Operations
Manufacturing Logistics
Outbound
Inventory Management
3PL Integrations
Compliance & Trade
Requirements & Design
Translate business requirements into scalable product capabilities.
Partner with architects and solution teams during solution confirmation.
Evaluate requests using standard versus customization principles.
Deployment Leadership
Support deployments including:
Dynamo
Optimize
Ottava
Norderstedt
Future Tier 1 sites
Coordinate BST, UAT, training readiness, and deployment activities.
Governance & Delivery
Manage:
Product backlog
Change requests
Defects
Design decisions
Release planning
User Adoption
Gather business feedback.
Measure adoption and identify improvement opportunities.
Partner with business teams on change management activities.
Success Measures
Deployment readiness
Reduced customizations
Increased template reuse
User satisfaction
Defect reduction
Business value delivered
Qualifications
7+ years in logistics, supply chain, SAP EWM, or product management.
Experience with requirements, testing, and deployment activities.
Strong stakeholder management skills.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
