As a Full Stack Developer Manager, you will lead teams in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to deliver exceptional software products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. In this role, you will design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, and uphold professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and mentoring a team of software engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality across platforms
- Utilizing API management and microservices to enhance application performance and scalability
- Conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards to improve software quality
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Implementing continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline the software development lifecycle
- Addressing and resolving software troubleshooting issues to maintain system reliability
- Encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and fostering a culture of innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
