About the Role:
The Field Sales Manager is a results-driven revenue generator who expands market presence, trains distributor teams, and accelerates salon growth within their designated territory. This individual is responsible for delivering core financial targets, executing quarterly strategic plans, and cultivating high-value partnerships across distributor networks and key salon accounts to maximize brand performance.
Drive Demand in Territory
- Deliver against core financial and sell-through targets, including overall territory revenue, key salon growth + retention, distributor store growth, distributor sales team performance goals, new salon acquisition and innovation market share
- Partner with Director of Field Sales and Head of Channel to leverage the global brand and channel account plans to create a quarterly territory plan
- Leverage data to ensure territory planning and subsequent support activity drives to key markets, focus stores, and current salons
- Execute with excellence against the quarterly territory plan, hitting all activity, new salon and sales out goals
- Maintain an aligned target salon pipeline and current/active salon list to ensure ongoing market acquisition
- Partner with education team and distributor partners to develop and conduct quarterly salon business plans for key salon accounts, driving growth and retention quarter over quarter
Focus on Your Customers + Maintain Stakeholder Alignment
- Build and nurture a collaborative, best-in-class partnership with distributor field team, distributor store leaders, and top salon owners that result in disproportionate influence for the brand
- Train distributor salespeople on the art and science of selling OLAPLEX, including product differentiation, client results, key technologies and claims, salon success factors, and overcoming objections
- Ensure best-in-class follow up and follow through of all deliverables and commitments to your customers
- Identify unique opportunities and brand-centric solutions to the needs and hurdles of your customers and potential customers
Self Motivation & Accountability
- Present quarterly results and next quarter plans to key stakeholders, including Direct or Field Sales, Head of Channel, education team
- Master knowledge of the OLAPLEX brand, products, and programs, and confidently convey this knowledge to professional salons and distributor partners
- Update daily account activity, sales pipelines, and notes in the CRM system
- Show up each day with a passion for helping salons succeed and leveraging the OLAPLEX brand, product and tools to drive solutions for salons and stylists
- Take initiative to build credible and collaborative working relationships with internal cross-functional/cross-channel colleagues, including Education and Marketing
- Ability to stay consistent in executing the OLAPLEX processes and programs with a growth mindset and a fast pace
About You:
- Ability to accommodate up to 75% of travel within the US and Canada (US passport holder)
- Passion for the professional beauty industry
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven history of reaching or exceeding sales targets
- Dynamic presenter in a salon, meeting room, or on a stage
- Self-motivated, resourceful with a strong ability to prioritize/deprioritize opportunities
- Approaches challenges with a solution-oriented approach
- Relentless pursuit of achieving goals and being a top performer
- Ability to take create a plan and calendarize the execution path
- Ability to learn and master new information quickly
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Prior knowledge and passion for OLAPLEX a plus

Our Total Rewards:
The annual base pay for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
