We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of tournaments, events, and activities at Play Padel Philippines. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a keen eye for detail, and knows how to bring people and logistics together seamlessly.

About us

A premier padel sports club dedicated to growing the sport and building a strong community of players. We operate courts, training programs, tournaments, and a café, creating a holistic sports and lifestyle experience.

What will you do?

Financial Management

• Spearhead the planning and execution of padel tournaments, club events, and social activities

• Develop event concepts, timelines, and rundowns from ideation to post-event wrap-up

• Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Business Development

• Source, coordinate, and manage relationships with suppliers including jersey providers, food booths, and medics

• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services for events

• Maintain a reliable network of event suppliers and service providers

• Ensure all supplier requirements and logistics are confirmed well ahead of each event

Event Logistics & Operations

• Oversee all on-ground event logistics to ensure smooth execution

• Coordinate venue setup, equipment, and materials needed for each event

• Manage event registration, participant communications, and scheduling

• Serve as the main point of contact for participants, volunteers, and suppliers during events

• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare summary reports for management

Administrative & Compliance

• Maintain organized records of event plans, supplier contracts, and event reports

• Assist in securing event permits and coordinating with relevant authorities as needed

Community & Player Engagement

• Build and maintain positive relationships with club members, players, and the padel community

• Coordinate with coaches and instructors to align events with training programs and club activities

• Assist in promoting events through club channels and social media as needed

Requirements

Hard skills

• Event planning and coordination, supplier management, logistics management, budget tracking

Soft skills

• Highly organized, strong communicator, creative problem-solver, team player, works well under pressure

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field

Language

• Filipino / English
