主な職務内容

• 提案段階の企画立案、プロジェクトスケジュール作成、案件立ち上げ、担当メンバーのアサインを含む、複数案件の準備・進行管理を行う

• 顧客窓口として、エンゲージメントソリューション案件の企画立案からシステム設定、サーベイ配信、クロージング、その後の施策展開までを一貫して推進する

• 結果の分析報告、社内展開に向けたワークショップの企画・遂行など顧客の組織開発全般を支援する

• チームメンバーへの指示・レビュー・品質管理に加え、技術的な問い合わせ対応や海外関係者との連携を通じて、安定したプロジェクト運営を実現する

必須要件

• 4年制大学卒以上 SaaSシステム導入、またはシステム関連プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクト管理経験

• 複数案件を並行して管理・推進した経験

• 顧客折衝を含むB2Bプロジェクトデリバリー経験

• チームメンバーへの作業指示、レビュー、品質管理の経験

• 社内外の関係者と円滑に連携しながら業務を推進できるコミュニケーション力

• 変化のある環境に柔軟に対応し、学びながら業務を遂行できる力

• 日本語ネイティブレベル

歓迎要件

• Qualtricsなど、従業員エンゲージメントサーベイシステムの導入・運用経験

• HR Tech、SaaS、または近接領域における導入支援経験

• 従業員サーベイ、組織診断、EX関連ソリューションに関する知見

• 顧客向けレポート作成、結果報告、ワークショップ運営の経験

• 業務標準化・効率化の推進経験

• 英語での読み書き、会議対応を含む業務経験
