As a Ecosystem Resale Enablement Specialist you will enable clients to acquire leading technology solutions from the world's leading software and hardware vendors. Our team manages the complete commercial lifecycle of resale opportunities, partnering with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Tax, distributors and vendors to ensure successful execution from opportunity creation through invoicing and collections.
You Are
You are a highly organized operations professional with strong attention to detail who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving operational excellence. You are proactive, customer-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
The Work
Support the end-to-end operational lifecycle of technology resale opportunities.
Coordinate customer and supplier onboarding activities.
Manage customer and vendor registrations.
Track Purchase Orders (POs) from creation through fulfillment and invoicing.
Monitor invoice issuance, payment status and collections follow-up.
Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Tax, Legal and Sales Operations to remove operational blockers.
Follow up with distributors and technology vendors regarding quotations, orders, renewals and deliveries.
Maintain commercial documentation, contracts, NDAs and approval records.
Support forecasting activities and operational reporting.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the Technology Resale organization.
Here's What You Need
2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Procurement Operations, Order Management or similar roles.
Experience managing customer onboarding, supplier onboarding, Purchase Orders, invoicing and collections.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Bonus Points If
Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce.
Experience in software licensing or technology resale.
Experience working in a consulting or professional services organization.
