And we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Audit and rebuild GoHighLevel pipelines, funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, automations, attribution, and workflows.
2. Manage paid acquisition campaigns, creative testing, and campaign optimization.
3. Manage lead response, email/SMS nurturing, no-show recovery, and lead reactivation.
4. Coordinate podcast and social media content into digital marketing campaigns.
5. Monitor and report on lead, booking, show, conversion, and patient-economics metrics.
6. Support the development and maintenance of a compliant patient acquisition and retention system.
7. Manage CRM segmentation, landing pages, and email/SMS automation.
8. Optimize marketing workflows to generate qualified consultations and recurring patients.

Qualifications:

• Advanced GoHighLevel architecture and automation experience
• Performance marketing experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience with conversion tracking and campaign optimization
• Experience with healthcare or wellness marketing systems
• Experience with landing pages, CRM segmentation, and email/SMS automation
• Experience with compliance-sensitive advertising
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and workflows independently

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST (Full-Time)
Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package:

• PHP 75,000.00
