As a Digital Content Writer supporting the PC Optimum business, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, member-focused content across digital channels that supports acquisition, engagement, and retention. Working closely with designers, marketers, product teams, and cross-functional partners, you will develop clear, engaging copy that enhances the member experience while maintaining the PC Optimum brand voice.

We're looking for a strategic and creative storyteller with exceptional writing and editing skills, a strong understanding of digital content best practices, and a passion for creating meaningful customer experiences.

What you'll do

• Write and adapt compelling digital content across web, email, app, paid media, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
• Translate creative briefs and business objectives into clear, engaging, and member-centric messaging.
• Collaborate closely with designers to ensure copy and visual design work together to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Maintain and evolve the PC Optimum brand voice across all member-facing touchpoints.
• Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and quality.
• Ensure all content aligns with accessibility standards, inclusive language best practices, and digital content guidelines.
• Partner with Legal to ensure claims, offer details, disclaimers, and promotional messaging meet compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Translation partners to ensure messaging is accurately localized and consistent across English and French content.
• Contribute to campaign concepting, content strategy, and creative ideation to support integrated marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives, audience insights, and member needs.
• Manage multiple content initiatives while balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality work on schedule.
• Help develop and maintain content standards, messaging frameworks, and editorial guidelines to ensure consistency across channels.
• Stay informed on digital content trends, emerging technologies, and AI-assisted writing tools to continuously improve creative execution.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience writing digital marketing, UX, or editorial content for consumer-facing brands.
• Exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio demonstrating strong creative and digital copywriting.
• Experience writing across multiple digital channels, including web, email, app, social media, and paid advertising.
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop engaging messaging that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
• Excellent attention to detail with outstanding grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects while managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across creative, marketing, product, legal, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and incorporating revisions while maintaining creative excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences, channels, and campaign objectives while maintaining brand consistency.
• Experience writing for loyalty, retail, eCommerce, or consumer brands is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, inclusive language principles, and SEO best practices is considered an asset.
• Experience with AI-assisted writing tools and digital content workflows is considered an asset.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset.
