Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
- Associate’s degree in a computer-related field, or associate study with one (1) year of experience, or two (2) years of experience.
Experience:
- Experience working in a BPO setting; 3 to 5 years of experience as a successful Level 2 Desktop Engineer.
- Proven technical experience in hardware and software rollouts.
- Proven technical experience in desktop, network, server, and peripheral device maintenance and installation.
- Hands-on experience or working familiarity with JumpCloud (or a comparable directory/identity management platform) and Google Workspace administration.
- Experience using Zendesk (or a comparable ticketing/helpdesk platform) for support case management.
- Exposure to or willingness to adopt AI-assisted IT support tools (e.g., AI ticket triage, AI-assisted troubleshooting, or documentation tools).
Skills:
- Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Comfortable learning and adapting to AI-assisted workflows within ITSM/helpdesk and identity-management platforms.
Certifications:
- CompTIA or any related certifications are recommended.
- JumpCloud, Google Workspace administration, or Zendesk certifications are a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules; amenable to working onsite in Ortigas Center.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional technical certifications.
- Prior experience supporting an HRIS-driven account provisioning workflow (e.g., Workday integrated with an identity provider).
