シニア ソリューションコンサルタント / 勤務地：東京（ハイブリッド）

ポジションについて

日本のシニア ソリューションコンサルタントとして、複雑な商談をリードし、営業と対等な立場で戦略を組み立てていただくポジションです。AI 翻訳、Language AI を用いた業務ワークフロー、API、そしてリアルタイム多言語コミュニケーションを実現する DeepL Voice まで、製品全体を扱っていただきます。主な対象は日本のエンタープライズ顧客です。

資料を作ることが中心の役割ではありません。ご自身で製品に触れ、デモやプロトタイプ、PoV 環境を組み上げていただく、手を動かすポジションです。

営業担当と商談の全過程で密に組み、マーケティング、プロダクト、カスタマーサクセスと連携しながら、提案した内容を確実に実現していただきます。

日本のチームはまだ小さく、その分、一人ひとりの影響範囲が大きいポジションです。チームがこれまでに積み上げてきたものもありますが、まだ手が回っていない領域も残っています。あるものをより良くでき、ないものは自分で作れる方、そして与えられた枠の中で動くだけでなく、ソリューションコンサルティングの進め方そのものを形づくっていきたいと考えている方を求めています。

主な職務内容

• 中〜高難度の商談において、ディスカバリー、デモ、ソリューション設計を主体的に担う。ビジネス価値と製品を結びつけ、深い技術ディスカバリー、作り込んだデモ、的確な反論処理によって受注率を高める

• パイロットや POC を実施し、適切な営業手法を用いながら、受注に対して実質的に貢献する

• 複数の商談を並行して、細かな管理を必要とせずに進め、高い顧客満足を維持する

• 複雑な商談において、担当カウンターパートとのコミュニケーションと関係構築を担う。役員クラスも対象に含み、部門をまたいだ関係づくりを進める

• 営業担当とアカウント戦略をともに検討する。アカウント全体の状況の中で個々の商談を捉え、他の DeepL 製品が入る余地を見極める

• 技術的な実現可能性、ソリューションの語り方、競合との差別化について、営業を導く

• 法務、情報セキュリティ、プロダクト、マーケティングとの社内議論において、ソリューションコンサルティングの立場を代表する。技術的な価値を、ビジネス側にも技術側にも伝わる形で示す

• RFI、RFP のプロセスを自律的に推進する

• ジュニアのソリューションコンサルタントに対し、デモ、ツール、進め方についてコーチングを行う。社内のガイドやドキュメント、トレーニングに貢献する

• チームの進め方を効率化する改善を自ら担う。繰り返し起きている問題の原因を特定し、うまくいった方法を共有して他のメンバーが再現できる状態にする

• 現場で得た知見を構造化してプロダクトおよびエンジニアリングに還元し、製品と提案の質を高める

求める経験・スキル

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル。英語：ビジネスレベル（ネイティブレベルの英語力は求めていません）。その他の言語ができる方は歓迎します

• ソリューションコンサルタント、セールスエンジニア、プリセールスとしての顧客対応経験5年以上。エンタープライズ SaaS、AI、CCaaS、言語技術、またはそれに準じる領域での経験が望ましい

• 複雑な商談において、ディスカバリー、デモ、ソリューション設計を主体的に担い、受注の成否に直接貢献してきた実績

• お客様向けのデモ、プロトタイプ、POC、PoV 環境を、ご自身の手で構築または設定してきた経験

• 複数の商談を並行して、細かな管理を必要とせずに進められること

• 技術的な土台。REST API、認証および SSO（SAML、OAuth、OpenID Connect、Azure AD）、一般的な SaaS 連携パターンについて、お客様の前で語れるレベル。日常的にコードを書く必要はありません

• セキュリティおよびコンプライアンスへの確かな理解。情報システム部門や法務部門と会話できること

• RFI、RFP プロセスの推進経験

• 高いプレゼンテーション力とコミュニケーション力。ビジネス側と技術側、どちらの相手にも合わせられること

• 業界動向や競合情報への関心。案件のあとに、うまくいったこととそうでなかったことを振り返る習慣
