Manages consistent application of human resource processes including career development, salary review, resources, clinical licensure of associates as needed, and performance management within area of responsibility. • Initiates and promotes continuous improvement programs across spheres of influence. • Works with Operations Leads, assumes accountability for results of work to both Accenture and client. • Responsible for medium-term planning, objective setting, and development of new procedures and reporting within areas of responsibility. • Contributes broad and deep knowledge in areas of functional or business specialization across a broad operational framework/range of projects. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Standard Associate Manager profile • At least 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery • At least 5 years of supervisory experience
