We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Success / Key Accounts Manager with 3–10 years of experience to manage and grow relationships with corporate and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Corporate Sales, along with a proven ability to manage key accounts, drive client retention, identify expansion opportunities, and build long-term business relationships.
This role requires a customer-centric professional who can understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, resolve challenges effectively, and ensure customers consistently receive value from our products or services. The candidate should be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing the complete client lifecycle, from onboarding and relationship management to renewals, upselling, and account growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate and enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and business stakeholders.
- Drive Corporate Sales by identifying client needs, presenting relevant solutions, and converting opportunities into business.
- Develop account strategies to increase revenue, improve engagement, and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Own the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, regular account reviews, engagement, renewals, and expansion.
- Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and identify potential risks that could impact Client Retention.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve retention, reduce churn, and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and expanding relationships across existing accounts.
- Manage Key Accounts effectively and ensure high-priority customers receive timely and personalized support.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Support, and other internal teams to address client requirements and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, communicate performance updates, and identify opportunities for deeper collaboration.
- Understand customer business objectives and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Maintain accurate account information, sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer activity in CRM systems.
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, renewals, and other business terms in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Track account performance against revenue, retention, engagement, and growth targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities.
