Role Overview / Purpose and Scope 

The Customer Service Representative supports day-to-day customer service operations by entering orders, responding to customer needs, maintaining accurate customer account information, and building strong customer relationships. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers through phone and email communication and helps resolve issues by troubleshooting concerns, escalating complaints when needed, and identifying timely solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Enter customer orders accurately and timely into company systems. 

• Respond to customer needs through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. 

• Maintain and update customer account details to ensure information is complete and accurate. 

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service. 

• Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting problems, researching concerns, and identifying practical solutions. 

• Escalate customer complaints or complex concerns to the appropriate internal team members when needed. 

• Maintain customer documentation, records, and spreadsheets accurately and consistently. 

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure follow-through. 

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000

Qualifications 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal team members. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot customer concerns effectively. 

• Technical ability and knowledge to learn and use company systems, documentation tools, and spreadsheets. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. 

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to maintaining positive customer relationships. 

• Organized, dependable, and able to follow through on assigned responsibilities. 

New team members must be able to pass a drug, alcohol and background screening post-offer and prior to the start of their employment. The Immigration Reform and Control Act requires that verification of employment eligibility be documented for all new employees by the end of their third day of work.  

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Travel 

The Customer Service Representative works in an office-based customer service environment and regularly uses phones, email, spreadsheets, and company systems to support customer needs. Minimal travel may be required as needed.
