Purpose of the Role
Resolve all invoice disputes in order to remove all payment obstacles in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage all types of disputes (pricing, quality, contractual penalties, and others).
Ensure that we correctly measure the level of our customer service.
Your Responsibilities
Invoice dispute management: Manage customer disputes, e.g. relating to price, quantity, or contractual penalties.
Contractual penalty management: Interact with customers regarding contractual penalties charged due to late or non-delivery of goods.
Identify all bottlenecks and ensure that they are resolved. Communicate all relevant information to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and process all customer-specific delivery and invoicing documents.
Customer service level: Consider feedback from various internal stakeholders in order to assign the most appropriate reason for the non-delivery of goods to our customers.
Skills and Qualifications We Are Looking For
Fluent German is essential, conversational English (minimum B2 level), and French is considered an advantage.
MS Office: Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage.
Knowledge of accounting and the legal requirements relating to invoicing is a plus.
