As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards that promote high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions while fostering collaboration among team members to achieve successful project delivery.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project workflows.
- Ability to assess technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Skilled in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
- Competence in utilizing project management tools to track progress and resource allocation.

Additional Information:
