Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with overarching business goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, fostering an environment where innovation and quality standards are prioritized throughout the project duration.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries.
- Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript features and tooling ecosystems.
- Ability to implement responsive design principles for diverse device compatibility.

Must Have:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles
Experience with React hooks, functional components, and state management (e.g., Context API, Redux)
HTML5 and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS or LESS)
RESTful API integration
Version control with Git
Responsive and adaptive design (using frameworks like Material-UI, Bootstrap, or styled-components)
Debugging and troubleshooting skills

Nice to Have:
TypeScript with React
Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
Familiarity with Next.js or other React-based frameworks
Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Pune kharadi client's office with RTO 3 days
- A 15 years full time education is required.
