Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional objectives. The day also includes defining and implementing key performance metrics to monitor testing activities, managing test execution, and ensuring timely resolution of defects, all while fostering collaboration across different teams to achieve quality goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality objectives with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA.
- Strong expertise in quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.
- Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to define and track key quality metrics to assess testing effectiveness.
- Skilled in defect management and resolution processes.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
