Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, along with continuous monitoring and improvement of software processes to achieve optimal outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to analyze and optimize software performance and scalability.
- Skilled in leading teams through complex technical challenges and decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
