Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that application solutions align with project goals and client requirements. The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts plans to deliver effective and efficient software solutions within the project timeline.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Document design specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
- Experience in application design, development, and configuration using Pega Platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
