As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves actively participating in the development and configuration of software applications tailored to meet client needs. You will engage closely with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met while maintaining alignment with the client s vision. Your role includes coordinating with team members to drive progress, addressing challenges as they arise, and contributing to the overall success of the project. This dynamic environment encourages collaboration and innovation, allowing you to make meaningful contributions to the software engineering efforts within a diverse and evolving industry landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of application components to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize efficiency and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with API management and security best practices in integration scenarios.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
