About the role:

Through our extensive suite of products, including Agenda, BoardIQ, Financial Advisor IQ, FundFire, Ignites, Ignites Europe, Ignites Asia, Ignites Research, Health Payer Specialist, Life Annuity Specialist and P&C Specialist, we now support the business IQ of hundreds of thousands of readers across the world.
The CRM Data Researcher role is responsible for prospecting and generating new leads to support the various teams of FT Specialist from multiple sources including inbound leads, data building lists, discovery and individual research. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data in our CRM database.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Generation - online research to obtain potential clients' contact information from various industry sources following project specifications, requirements and key deliverables.
- Lead Enrichment - conduct further research to add value and actionable intelligence to our database leads.
- Database Management - ensure data integrity by undertaking data cleansing activities, amending or removing data in a database that is incorrect, incomplete, improperly formatted, or duplicated.
- Account Management - research data from relevant SEC filings for assigned companies based on methodologies set forth for the team.
- Target Market Profiling - research to profile companies/ accounts and leads/ contacts assessing their relevance and potential as a market to our various publication products.
Required skills and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially with Excel. Proficient with Google Suite - Google Sheets, Drive etc. Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems would be a bonus.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects
- Strong analytical skills and the proven ability to pay close attention to details A high degree of accuracy in work practices and ability to cope well under pressure
- A flexible, adaptable and organised approach to work, exercising initiative and working independently as appropriate
- The ability to create, manage and maintain databases and write reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast paced market.
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 1 year relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
