Role Overview: -

As an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role within the Client Service team, partnering with clients to deliver high-quality quantitative research solutions. You will build trusted client relationships, uncover opportunities for growth, and translate complex business questions into actionable insights while supporting commercial success and developing research talent.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring a high standard of service and partnership.
• Manage revenue and project profitability across assigned accounts.
• Design and deliver robust quantitative research programmes using appropriate methodologies and tools.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and support business growth.
• Present clear, evidence-based recommendations to senior client audiences.
• Develop and coach researchers, encouraging capability growth and career progression.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver research excellence while maintaining sustainable ways of working.

Capability Statement: -

• Experience in quantitative market research, including areas such as brand, consumer, retail, usage & attitude, product testing, and pricing studies of around 5 to 7 years.
• Strong understanding of research design, questionnaire development, project management, and data interpretation.
• Ability to build credibility and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Confident communication, storytelling, and presentation skills for a range of audiences.
• Experience guiding and supporting others while contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
