Call Centre Analyst
Location: Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo / Hybrid Working (after 1-2 weeks of training, 4 days from home, 1 day in the office)
Salary: £28,800 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Reed is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Call Centre Analyst to join our team based in Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading recruitment and business services providers, working within a supportive and collaborative team. You'll play a vital role in supporting colleagues, clients, and candidates across Ireland and the UK by resolving queries and providing first-line system support.
A typical day will involve speaking with candidates, clients, and colleagues via telephone and email, helping them resolve system-related issues and ensuring they receive an excellent service experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing professional and courteous telephone and email support to candidates, clients, and colleagues.
- Responding to a variety of system-related queries and troubleshooting issues.
- Recording and managing queries accurately using internal databases and applications.
- Providing first-line support for internal and external systems.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Resolving standard issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using web-based applications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple queries and prioritise effectively.
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, helpdesk, or support environment – desirable.
