Job Description

Responsible for:
- Support Functional Leader in the organization and running of the business (staff meetings, special assignments, etc.)
- Execute the portfolio/business planning process
- Manage and plan assignments along with priority goals and requirements in the preparation of difficult projects
- Develop and maintain the project business cases (deliverables, benefits, timing)
- Analyze execution of Functional initiatives versus the Functional Business plan
- Interpret complex quantitative and qualitative data and recommend solutions to unusual problems
- Manages budgets
- Execute the Functional competitive assessment process
- Collect and analyze key operating metrics for the group
- Handle a variety of special assignments
- Develop and conduct presentations for all levels of management

Requirements:

• Degree programs in Accounting, Administration, or Engineering 

• English: Advanced

• 3-4 + years of experience

• Handling ambiguity: Ability to work with incomplete information, adapt to changes, and make sound decisions in poorly defined contexts.

  Autonomy and structuring: Ability to organize ideas, identify priorities, and develop work plans even when the context is not fully defined.

• Strong organizational skills: Efficient management of simultaneous activities, priorities, timelines, pending tasks, and deliverables.

• Coordination of executive schedules: Ability to organize and track the schedules of the Business Planner (BP) and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), prioritizing meetings and commitments according to business needs.

• Quick learner: Ability to quickly grasp new processes, tools, systems, and organizational dynamics.

• Curiosity and ability to ask questions: Willingness to seek out information, ask timely questions, and validate understanding before moving forward.

• Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and take action without requiring constant supervision.

• Relationship-building: Ability to quickly establish trusting and collaborative relationships with leaders, cross-functional teams, and different levels of the organization.
