• Proactively identify business needs, analyze user behavior, and provide corresponding data product solutions to support decision-making.‌
• Develop, launch, and manage data platform functionalities to achieve visualization and integration of key nodes in business processes.
• ‌Empower decision-making with data to drive business process optimization.‌
• Regularly analyze operational data to uncover opportunities, generate insights and recommendations, and produce analytical reports. Implement conclusions to drive organizational changes.
• Identify and assist in standardizing data metrics to establish a robust internal data environment.
• ‌Enhance data analysis capabilities for both internal teams and external partners.

• 8年以上业务管理或数据分析相关工作经验
• 有大型变革项目立项、推进及落地的管理经验
• 有较强的数据洞察挖掘能力，有独立承担公司级或部门级数据分析报告撰写的经验，并曾推动数据分析结果的推广和落地实施
• 对行业动态及业务有较强的理解能力
• 有管理过业务数据产品化的经验

• Over 8 years of experience in business management or data analysis-related roles.‌
• Proven track record in initiating, advancing, and implementing large-scale transformation projects.
• ‌Strong data insight and mining capabilities‌, with experience in independently leading company- or department-level data analysis reports, and driving the promotion and implementation of analytical results.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and business dynamics.
• Experience in managing the productization of business data.
