Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the implementation of activities aimed at enhancing the performance of a specific business function from start to finish. This includes analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing or redesigning workflows to optimize efficiency. The role also involves defining organizational components related to the function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, and collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of these improvements. The practitioner plays a key role in driving functional excellence and operational effectiveness within the assigned business area.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business function improvements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their development and integration into project activities.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and address challenges proactively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba, SAP Ariba - SCM Functional – A.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Ariba - SCM Functional – A.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and redesign techniques within procurement and supply chain contexts.
- Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple teams to drive consensus and implement solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies for process improvement and organizational design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
