As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The Business Architect plays a crucial part in supporting organizational transformation by crafting detailed business cases and steering the execution of significant initiatives. Collaboration across departments and continuous alignment with strategic goals are key aspects of daily activities, ensuring that business objectives are effectively translated into practical and sustainable operating models.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in current processes and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
