THE ROLE 

We are looking for Beverage Vendors to join our team. As a Beverage Vendor, this role focuses on selling and delivering beverages, accurately handling electronic payments, and maintaining inventory, in a lively, high-volume sports environment. If you are looking to be a part of the excitement and energy of live stadium events, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced and team-oriented environment!

As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   

• Greets customers in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner. 

• Sell and deliver the pre-approved and assigned items directly to fans throughout the assigned seating areas. 

• Provide fast, friendly, and courteous customer service in a high-volume, game day environment. 

• Accurately handle electronic payments through point-of-sale (POS) systems. 

• Verify guest age and always uphold responsible alcohol service standards in compliance with company, federal, and state policies and laws. 

• Carry, transport, and manage inventory during events. 

• Contribute to a positive and exciting fan experience. 

• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.  

• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.  

• Complete other duties as assigned by management.  
   

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous customer service or guest services experience, preferred. 

• Ability to stand throughout the entire shift. 

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. 

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. 

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively during busy periods. 

• Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. 

• Flexibility to adjust to last-minute changes and operational needs. 

• Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events. 

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. 

• Strong attention to detail.  

• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).  

Education, preferred qualifications, and/or experience  

• High-volume vending experience, preferred.

COMPENSATION  

Commission based position with a 10% commission rate.
